Strip-outs are what we do best. Whether it's a tired bathroom, a dated kitchen, a whole office floor or a shop at the end of its lease, we take it back to a clean shell and haul every bit of it away, so your builder or the next tenant can get straight to work.
One crew to strip it and clear it
Most strip-outs involve two jobs: pulling everything out, and then getting rid of it. Booking separate demolition and waste contractors means more quotes, more scheduling and more waiting. Top Team Rubbish Machine does both in one go, with our own truck on site.
We work carefully around what's staying (plumbing points, services, neighbouring tenancies, common areas and lifts) and protect floors and walkways on the way out.

For homes, that usually means a bathroom or kitchen ahead of a renovation. For businesses, it's office fit-outs, shop defits and make-good work at the end of a lease, often after hours or on a tight handover date.

What decides the price
Size of the space, what's being removed (a carpet and some desks, or tiles bonded to masonry), access and parking, which floor you're on, and any time windows the building sets. A walk-through or a set of photos is all we need for a free, fixed quote.

What is a strip-out?
A strip-out (sometimes called soft demolition) removes the internal fit-out of a space, such as cabinetry, partitions, fixtures, floor coverings, ceilings and linings, without touching the building's structure. Top Team Rubbish Machine strips the space and removes all the waste in the same job.
Do you do end-of-lease make-good strip-outs?
Yes. We strip out shops, offices and commercial tenancies at the end of a lease so the space can be handed back. Let us know your handover date and any building rules and we'll schedule the work around them.
Can you work after hours?
For commercial strip-outs we can often work around trading hours and building access windows. Tell us what the building management allows when you ask for a quote.
