On the day we turn up when we said we would, load everything ourselves (stairs, tight side passages and all), and sweep up before we drive off. You don't lift a finger.

How the price is worked out

Every job is priced on what's actually there: the type of rubbish, how much of it there is (volume and weight), and how easy it is to get to. A few bags from a ground-floor garage is a very different job to a full house clean-out up three flights of stairs.

Photos are the fastest way to an accurate quote. No call-out fees for a quote, and no surprise add-ons when we arrive. We're a local crew without a franchise fee to pay, so you're not paying for one either.

Where your rubbish goes

We don't just tip everything in one hole. Loads are sorted so that whatever can be recycled or re-used (metal, green waste, e-waste and usable furniture where possible) goes to the right place, and the rest is disposed of at licensed waste facilities. No dumping, ever.

Do I need to bring the rubbish out to the kerb?

No. Top Team Rubbish Machine does all the loading. We collect rubbish from wherever it is: the garage, the backyard, under the house or up the stairs in a unit block, then sweep up before we leave.

Can you remove a single item, like a fridge or a mattress?

Yes. Single items such as fridges, washing machines, mattresses and couches are fine. Send a photo with your suburb and we'll give you a free quote. It's often worth adding anything else you've been meaning to get rid of to the same trip.

Is a skip bin cheaper than a rubbish removal crew?

Not always. A skip bin is priced on the bin size and hire period, needs space on your property or a council permit on the street, and you still do all the loading. With Top Team Rubbish Machine you pay for the load and the labour, and the job is usually done in a few hours.

Do you take green waste and garden clearances?

Yes. We remove branches, prunings, old garden beds, turf, soil and garden clearances on the Northern Beaches and across Sydney, including old timber sleeper retaining walls and edging when a garden is being redone.
